Several hundred people crowded Alexandria’s Market Square on Sunday (10/24) to attend the The Salvation Army in Alexandria’s celebration of its 125th Anniversary.

The Salvation Army rolled out the big Red Kettle to highlight the upcoming 2010 Red Kettle Campaign scheduled to kick-off on November 12.

Corps Officer Captain Ken Argot addressed the crowd and Alexandria Mayor Bill Eullie read a proclamation from the City.  The Salvation Army Alexandria Citadel Brass Band provided music for the afternoon event.
