WASHINGTON, DC – Last week, National Capital Area Commander Major Steve Morris was dispatched to Tuscaloosa, Alabama, to assume the role of Incident Commander and continue managing The Salvation Army’s emergency response to April’s tornadoes that tore through the South leaving a path of devastation and many lives changed forever.  The Major plans to chronicle his time in Alabama and send reports to share with supporters back here in the Washington area.
